The Appraisal Education Center offers both the IL1-03 15-hour pre-license course (Standards and Ethics) and the 7-hour continuing education USPAP update classes in Illinois. Your USPAP instructor is nationally certified to teach the classes.
An experienced real estate appraiser will take you through the course material with practical applications presented in the text and his/her own experiences.
Your appraisal instructor will be able to help you better understand the competence and ethical necessities required for real estate appraisers.
After the USPAP CE or pre-license class is completed, the appraiser will benefit from a proper understanding of the Scope of Work Decision, developing the appraisal report and preparing/communicating the appraisal report.
Students taking a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice class at The Appraisal Education Center will also benefit from an upbeat live classroom atmosphere. All UPSPAP courses offered at the Appraisal Education Center are compliant with the requirements of the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation and The Appraisal Foundation.
