All classes offered at the Appraisal Education Center are licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and are 2008 compliant. All text books are included in the tuition. You can register for one class at a time or for our package deal to enjoy savings.
Please note that some classes offered at the Appraisal Education Center require the use of an HP 12C calculator which is not included in the class tuition and must be purchased separately before class begins.
Simply take and pass the three pre-license courses offered at the Appraisal Education Center and you have what you need to take the state test for your Illinois associate appraiser's license. Please ensure you enclose a copy of your Appraisal Education Center course completion certificate when you register for the state exam.
