The Appraisal Education Center offers the free real estate appraiser career seminars for aspiring appraisers throughout Chicago land. This includes the north suburbs, the south suburbs the west suburbs and Chicago.
The seminar opens with a presentation that lasts approximately one hour and is followed by a question and answer segment. We cover frequently asked question topics such as how to get started in the business, a typical day for the appraiser, financial/earning potential, securing employment, state rules, class information and more.
You have every right to have your questions answered directly by an appraisal instructor and are seminars are designed for that. Each seminar concludes with a question and answer session.
Appraisal instructors at The Appraisal Education Center have extensive experience in real estate appraisal and instruction.
