The Appraisal Education Center is a real estate appraisal school in Chicago, Illinois and offers real estate appraisal continuing education and Pre-license courses throughout the Chicago area including the suburbs.
Attend a free career seminar if you would like to find out more about the real estate appraisal business including earning potential, a typical day for an appraiser, how to find employment and more. All pre-license classes offered at The Appraisal Education Center are 2008 compliant and are licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
All pre-license classes at the school are offered in accelerated format (all day) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Many classes at the Appraisal Education Center are offered on weekends to allow students to take advantage of light traffic and to help those working weekday jobs.
There is no experience required to become an associate appraiser in the State of Illinois. Simply take and pass the three required courses (Basic Appraisal Principles, Basic Appraisal Procedures and Standards and Ethics) and pass the state test.
