Start here if you are interested in obtaining your real estate appraisal license in Illinois. The Appraisal Education Center provides the pre-license courses you need for your real estate appraiser’s license. Simply take and pass the three pre-license courses (Appraisal Principles IL1-08, Appraisal Procedures IL2-08 and Standards and Ethics IL3-08) and pass the state test to become a licensed associate appraiser in the state of Illinois.
At the Appraisal Education Center, courses are offered in full day format, which means that you will have taken all three required pre-license courses in a total of ten days. The experienced instructor will guide you along the correct path to become your best self for the state exam and for your new career as a real estate appraiser.
All classes are licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. All classes include text books and hand out materials. You can register by phone, fax or on-line for any of our courses or for any of our free seminars.
