The Appraisal Education Center, a licensed real estate appraisal education provider, offers real estate appraisal continuing education courses in Illinois. All materials are included in the continuing education classes. The three continuing education classes available are Appraisal Principles Review, Appraisal Procedures Review, and the 7-hour National USPAP update course.
Appraisal Principles Review – This continuing education class recaps the classic economic real estate appraisal principles learned during the appraiser’s initial training. The course gives real estate appraisers the opportunity to revisit basic theories and blend them with their own experiences to fine tune their appraisal skills.
Appraisal Procedures Review – This continuing education class revisits the basic appraisal procedures used in the appraisal process. Appraisers are able to fine tune their valuation techniques with a review of the fundamental appraisal procedures used in the appraisal process.
The 7-hour National USPAP course must be taken be taken be appraisers for their continuing education. Appraisers are updated on the latest changes to USPAP.
