How do you get a license in real estate appraisal?

Not sure about what it takes to get your appraisal license in Illinois? There is no experience needed to obtain your Illinois Associate Appraisers license!

Your only requirements are to take and pass the three pre-license real estate courses (IL1-08, IL2-08 and IL3-08) which are all offered at The Appraisal Education Center. The courses are in accelerated format, so you're done with the required classes quickly. We'll also provide guidance to help you prepare for the state exam.
