Continuing Education Appraisal Course

The Appraisal Education Center is a licensed Education Provider in the state of Illinois. If you are in search of a Continuing Education appraisal course in the Chicago land area, the Appraisal Education Center periodically offers one day CE appraisal courses to help you attain the required hours for your license renewal.

If you are interested in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) related Continuing Education Courses, the Appraisal Education Center's USPAP instructors are nationally certified through the Appraisal Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation. Check the Upcoming Classes calendar for both the 7-hour USPAP update course (Continuing Education) and the 15-hour USPAP course.

Continuing Education courses run in full-day increments at the Appraisal Education Center. Course materials are included in the tuition fee. Most appraisers in the State of Illinois are required to take 14 hours of Continuing Education per year for a total of 28 hours every renewal period. 7 of your 28 hours must be the 7-hour National USPAP update course or its equivalent.
