The Appraisal Education Center provides up to date USPAP real estate appraisal courses designed to help the real estate appraiser understand and properly apply the Standards and Ethics needed for the profession.
All text is included in the USPAP classes at the Appraisal Education Center. We are compliant with the requirements of The Appraisal Foundation and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
Your appraisal instructor brings an abundance of practical experience which is incorporated into the presentation given during a given course.
Along with basic principles and procedures courses offered in appraisal, USPAP courses are provided to clarify the development, reporting and ethical requirements needed for your real estate appraisal practice.
