Your instructor is an experienced State Certified real estate appraiser and a Nationally Certified Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice instructor. An abundance of real life examples presented during classes provide useful insight into the principles and procedures learning objectives.
The Appraisal Education Center will take you through fundamental concepts, classic real estate theory and practical appraisal applications. The Pre-license set of courses concludes with the Standards and Ethics Course.
