The Appraisal Education Center, a licensed Continuing Education Provider in the State of Illinois offers CE classes throughout the Chicago land area. All books and/or materials are included in the tuition for the classes. The 7-hour National USPAP update course is offered among others at our school.
Each of the Continuing Education classes at The Appraisal Education Center provides live classroom interaction and is presented by a seasoned appraisal instructor. Instruction of the courses is complimented by practical applications and real world situations directly applicable to the material.
Each Continuing Education class offered at the school fulfills a 7-hour Continuing Education class requirement in the State of Illinois. Licensed real estate appraisers in Illinois are required to complete 28 hours of Continuing Education every two years, with each cycle ending on 9/30 of odd numbered years. Newly licensed appraisers may qualify for less Continuing Education for their license renewal and should check with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for details.
The Appraisal Education Center is an Illinois licensed Appraisal School which offers both Continuing Education and Pre-license Education for real estate appraisers. All real estate appraisal Continuing Education classes and Pre-License Courses provided at The Appraisal Education Center are licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
