Calculator
The Appraisal Education Center requires the use of the HP-12C calculator (Hewlitt Packard) for the Appraisal Principles and Appraisal Procedures classes. The HP12C calculator is commonly used in the appraisal industry and will also help you during your state exam. The calculator is not included in the tuition. Check your local electronics store for this calculator. It is recommended that each student spends a reasonable amount of time learning basic functions with the calculator before the first day of the course.

Refund Policy
We will give you a full refund of your tuition if you notify us within one week prior to the first day of class. With shorter notice your tuition is not refundable but will be applicable toward other courses offered by The Appraisal Education Center.

Test Retakes
If you do not pass the final exam for any of our courses, you may retake the exam at no additional charge.

The Appraisal Education Center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes. If we do need to change or cancel a course and you do not wish to reschedule with us, we will give a full refund of your tuition. Please ensure that the contact information on your registration form is kept current with the office to enable us to contact you if a change occurs.
